About Patrick Kelly
Patrick is a near lifelong resident of Flagler County. He grew up in Flagler Beach, is a proud graduate of FPC, and has been a Palm Coast resident since 1994. Currently on sabbatical from his 21-year career in banking, Patrick is utilizing this forum as a means of venting his cranium of the excess pressure that can build up from witnessing the lunacy that occurs on a daily basis in our Community, our State, and our Nation.
