Extension of Homebuyer Tax Credit

The existing HR 3548 bill has been extended through the House and Senate with a few key changes.  As soon as President Obama signs the bill, it will become law.  Many of you have questions about the credit and the best way to explain it is through the following simple chart from the National Association of Realtors.
